Chromebook issues include and are not limited to: Sticky keys, missing mouse, cracked screens, WiFi connection issues, power drain/charging, etc.
If you are experiencing any of these or other issues, please come to the library ASAP to get help from Ms. Fujii or Mr. Lee.
Damages caused by students (i.e. Cracked Screens, water damage, etc.) will be subject to repair/replacement fees. Mechanical issues covered under warranty will be repaired without fees.
It is important to bring in the device as SOON as possible to determine the causes of the issues.
